The Fastest Way to PTCL Complaint Resolution

SMS Complaint: 05 1218 1218

PTCL has been offering the facility to register complaint via SMS for quite some time now, but many customers either do not know it or don’t prefer to use it. SMS complaint registration is fairly easy and provide quick medium to mobile users. The process requires responding with your choices to the SMS you receive from PTCL’s helpline.

How it works?

  • Send a BLANK SMS to 051218 1218 to initiate complaint registration process
  • Respond with the appropriate options as per your problem in the following format
CMP [space] YOUR PHONE NUMBER (for which you are filing complaint, with area code) [space] PRODUCT CODE

For example

  • For Broadband:  CMP 05100000000 BB
  • For Phone Line:  CMP 05100000000 LL

PTCL-Complaint

  • Respond with further choices to narrow down to the specifis problem you are facing
  • In the end, a Complaint Number is generated for your reference

Normally a phone call from a representative follows up immediately after completing the complaint registration via SMS, for any further information they may need about the problem.
